It replaces (almost) every vehicle with awesome high res ones, it makes Vice City feel like a much more modern, real place. it modifies HEAPS of things to make it better in every way possible. As well as vehicles replaced, theres also heaps of cool map mods to make vice city more fun too such as a skatepark, motocross track, rally park.... etc.
